In the fall of 2017, LDI graduates were invited to participate in a special workshop session to create a leadership program that tackles organizational challenges and provides an opportunity for past LDI graduates to continue to engage with each other and give back to their profession. In doing this, eleven participants worked together over the course of one weekend to create the Pharmacy Leadership Network.
