Active CPhA Members who have gone through Leader Development Institute (LDI) may participate in Pharmacy Leadership Network. LDI is a 9-month leader development program that challenges participants to first examine their current approaches to leadership in their daily lives and assess how these strategies work for them. This intensive self-examination allows participants to discover “blind spots” and make the choice to create the space they need to adopt and assess new philosophies and practices presented to them throughout the program. In order to quality for the PLN, individuals must:
- Be a current CPhA member and
- Have completed the Leader Development Institute (LDI) or two tracks at the Leader Development Weekend (LDW).
